• The $750,000 donation from the Fogg Charitable Trust has enabled a major upgrade to the Fogg Planetarium. Visitors can now enjoy a state-of-the-art facility that provides an immersive educational experience focused on astronomy and space exploration.

• The generous gift will be used to support STEM education 🎓, benefiting children and families throughout Tallahassee. New educational offerings and curriculum development will provide hands-on learning opportunities for students of all ages.

• In addition to infrastructure improvements, the donation will fund scholarships and astronomy workshops, ensuring that children from all backgrounds can access inspiring educational programs that encourage a lifelong interest in science and astronomy👩‍🚀.

Space Perspective Advances Space Tourism: Space Perspective is making strides in space tourism with its first human flights in 2025 and offering an accessible, carbon-neutral space experience. | Space Perspective

• On Sept. 15th, Space Perspective’s first uncrewed full test flight reached 100,000 feet, marking a major milestone. The patented balloon in Space Perspective's setup lifts the capsule into the sky. The capsule, designed with the 360-degree views, demonstrated full functionality with pressure and thermal control systems.

• The capsule offers a luxurious experience with a lounge-like interior, meal and cocktail service, Wi-Fi, and restrooms, making it accessible to people of various ages and mobility levels.🚀

• With over 1,800 customers already signed up and a ticket price of $125,000, Space Perspective is experiencing high demand. Long-term goals include lowering costs and expanding to multiple global locations, with 140 flights ✈ per year at each site.
