💧 Flooding prevented because of Flood Barriers | AquaFence

  • AquaFence, an innovative and portable flood protection system, provides rapid, reusable barriers to safeguard properties from rising water levels and severe weather conditions.

  • Tampa General Hospital successfully tested its flood barrier during Hurricane Helene and reactivated it as Hurricane Milton approached, ensuring protection from potential flooding. ⚠️

  • Last month, Hurricane Milton made landfall as a Category 3 hurricane near Sarasota, bringing a storm surge of six to nine feet and breaking records in the Tampa Bay area. The National Weather Service had warned it could be the worst storm to impact the region in over 100 years.

  • Thanks to the AquaFence flood barriers, Tampa General Hospital remained operational during the storm, while many other healthcare facilities suspended services.
