|  | | 📋 PSA: Filing of Annual Report for your business. | Florida Department of State Whether you own a Profit, Non-Profit Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Limited Partnership or Limited Liability Limited Partnership, it is important to file your annual report which is due each year from January 1st to May 1st. Check out the Annual Report Instructions here. An annual report must be filed each year for your business entity to maintain an "active status" with the Department of State. | 🥂 Riccardo’s Restaurant celebrated its 25th year in business with a Proclamation from the Leon County Board of Commissioners. | Riccardo’s Restaurant via IG Riccardo’s Restaurant was honored by Commissioner Rick Minor and his Chief of Staff, Jodi Wilkof, as they celebrated their milestone. Alicea and John, the owners of Riccardo’s, were grateful to Tina, John’s mother-in-law, and his 2 team members who have been with them since Riccardo’s became a part of their family. Riccardo’s has been a Tallahassee tradition since 1999. Tina, who has no restaurant experience – except waiting tables at a truck stop as a teenager, took a chance and purchased Riccardo’s. In 2006, Alicea and John relocated from Tampa to Tallahassee to help run the restaurant and decided to make Tallahassee their permanent home and over time, purchased the restaurant from Tina. | Learn More Fun facts: They mix, knead, measure and bake a minimum of three 85 pound loads per day. They offer over 25 pasta entree selections, 17 different subs served on their secret bread.
